About the Job: Oracle SCM Application Lead/Architect
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Oracle SCM Application Lead/Architect to join our client’s dynamic team in Austin, TX. In this hybrid role, you will play a critical role in leading and managing the Oracle EBS environment, ensuring optimal performance and supporting business growth.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Oracle EBS environment, including system administration, upgrades, and maintenance.
- Provide technical guidance and support to end-users on Oracle EBS SCM modules.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Design, develop, and implement integrations between Oracle EBS and other enterprise systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to Oracle EBS.
- Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including design, development, testing, and deployment.
- Stay current on the latest Oracle EBS technologies and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Provide training and mentorship to junior team members.
Qualifications:
- 7-10 years of experience in leading and managing Oracle EBS environments.
- Deep knowledge of Oracle EBS integration for Supply Chain, Finance, and Manufacturing processes.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle EBS R12 implementation.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- US Citizenship or Green Card required.
