By placing an order with Northeading Technologies, you confirm that you are in agreement with and bound by the terms and conditions below.

The Client: The company or individual requesting the services of Northeading Technologies.

Northeading Technologies: Primary designer/site owner & employees or affiliates. 

Order: A contract written or verbal between the client and Northeading Technologies, including telephone and email agreements.

The website, graphics, and programming code will be the property of Northeading Technologies until mutually agreed by the client and Northeading Technologies and all outstanding dues are cleared in full.

Any work done by Northeading Technologies for the client’s website including the scripts, coding or software, unless mutually agreed, will be copyright of Northeading Technologies and may not be commercially reproduced or resold without the knowledge and permission of Northeading Technologies.

Northeading Technologies will not take any responsibility for copyright infringements caused by materials and content submitted by the client.

Northeading Technologies will not be liable for costs incurred, compensation, or loss of earnings due to the failure to meet agreed deadlines.

An advance deposit is required with any project before any design work is carried out. The same will be nonrefundable and Northeading Technologies will not be liable for non-execution of the project for certain reasons not in the control of Northeading Technologies.
